SMSolutions makes use of direct links into local as well as international networks and gateways. The companies several SMPP links with the local GSM Networks (MTN, Vodacom and Cell C), enables large volumes of SMS, EMS and MMS messages to be sent immediately on request ensuring a high delivery rate of the client messages.

SMS sending can be automated to facilitate the day-to-day running of the business. A link is set up between the Customer relationship Management (CRM), Credit Control Software or client information database and SMSolutions. Parameters are set to determine the message content and the times these are required to go out.

Competitions & Premium Rated Services

Competitions (short number service) operate on their own dedicated SMPP link.

SMSolutions makes use of two-way, interactive competition grid platforms. The platforms have the ability to charge Premium Billing rates over all the Networks.

A number or numbers are allocated to a competition or service to which premium rated SMS messages are sent. These numbers can be standard cellular numbers or short numbers, which can be any available number between 32000 and 42299. These numbers are valid over all the SA Networks.
